Budget Management
e-Project Plus allows for:
- Transition from a project bid to an active project (as an add-on) or a new one, transferring all information from the project bid to the contract.
- Maintenance of different budget versions, with the ability to compare to the actual budget at any time.
- The possibility of assigning a project to one department, delegation or other type of organization, through analytical dimensions or configurable cost centers in the system, for a possible additional information study.
- Project analysis at multiple levels, depending on project configuration or the type of analysis needed, with the option of choosing between two alternatives:
1. dividing the budget into chapters/phases, subchapters/subphases, items/tasks, nature and craft.
2. dividing the budget into chapters, subchapters, tasks, project units and breakdowns.
