It is crucial to be able to track all documents generated throughout the life of a project/development/unit. That's why e-Project Plus offers completely integrated document management.

There are two levels:

Basic: central access to all documents, saved independent of file document type, with the option of standardizing documents, creation dates, user names, etc.

Integrated with Platon.net: web-based document manager, allowing you to save documents with the option of content searches through centralized security controls within the solution that offers:

• Access to all documents directly through the solution or externally through a web browser.
• Document management through a web client.
• Work flow establishment for approvals and document version tracking.
• Document viewer with multiple views: delegations, development/project, document editor, etc.
